Standard 4- Upper and lower line position offset: the center position of each switch contact on the upper and lower line is offset to the allowable tolerance of ±0.2mm. Standard 5- Material: base material, silver paste, ink, interlayer, surface glue, back glue, reinforcement board, insulation printing shall be in accordance with the drawings. Standard 6- Shape: shape, conductor wiring, insulation treatment, etc. should be in accordance with the drawings. Standard 7- Punching burr and die bending size: punching burr and bending size, should not be greater than 0.2mm. Standard 8- Switch contact points: no insulating ink shall be attached, the surface of insulating ink shall be flat to avoid any defects such as bubbles or pinholes. Standard 9- Burr and other defects: the surface shall not have residual material scraps, foreign bodies, stains, concave and convex; No grease, no burrs on the surface. Standard 10- scar: all lines and contacts shall not have cut through the table (that is, cut by the line cut substrate), slight abrasion also does not affect its impedance as the principle, carbon ink surface is easy to have scratches, the scratches do not affect the line conduction as the criterion. Standard 11- Adhesion strength: after the drying of insulating ink, the ink surface is attached to each other, and then after 24 hours of heavy pressure, it is necessary to ensure that the insulating surface does not stick. Standard 12- Jumper: All jumpers must meet the conductor requirements, and all jumpers must undergo 100% open and short circuit tests and insulation resistance tests to ensure that there is no open or short circuit and the insulation resistance must be greater than 500 MEohms.
